Terms of Service

Welcome to Glomatech ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing or using the Glomatech platform at glomatech.com and its associated applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Glomatech is a B2B marketplace connecting buyers and suppliers in the industrial sector across Southeast Asia. The platform provides tools for supplier discovery, Request for Quotation (RFQ) management, and B2B transaction coordination.

To use Glomatech, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age, or a legal representative of a registered organization or business • Have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration • Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party rights We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate accounts of any user who violates these terms.

When you create an account on Glomatech, you are responsible for: • Keeping your login credentials secure and not sharing your account with any third party • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account • All activity that occurs under your account Each user may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent platform rules may result in all accounts being suspended.

As a Buyer on Glomatech, you have the right to: • Search and contact verified suppliers • Send RFQs to one or multiple suppliers simultaneously • Compare quotes and supplier profiles • Use the messaging tools to communicate with suppliers Buyer obligations: • Provide accurate and complete requirements in all RFQs • Respond to supplier quotes in a timely manner • Not use supplier information for purposes outside of platform transactions • Honor payment commitments made to suppliers

As a Supplier on Glomatech, you have the right to: • Create and manage a company profile • Receive and respond to relevant RFQs • Use analytics tools to monitor business performance • Apply for verification to receive a Verified Badge Supplier obligations: • Ensure all company profile information is accurate and kept up to date • Submit honest and actionable quotes • Maintain the quality of products and services as represented • Not copy or misuse Buyer information

Glomatech offers a free basic tier for both Buyers and Suppliers. Paid plans (Professional, Enterprise) are billed on a monthly or annual cycle. Billing policies: • Service fees are charged in advance • No refunds are issued for completed billing periods, except in cases of documented platform errors • Pricing may change with 30 days' notice before taking effect • All commercial transactions between Buyers and Suppliers are independent; Glomatech is not responsible for pricing disputes between parties.

All content on the Glomatech platform, including logos, user interface, source code, AI algorithms, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Glomatech or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited license to use the platform for legitimate commercial purposes. You may not: • Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission • Use automated scraping techniques to harvest data • Build competing products based on our platform

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or through your account settings. Glomatech reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of: • Violation of these Terms of Service • Providing false or fraudulent information • Activity that harms other users or the platform • Account inactivity for more than 24 consecutive months After termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, except where required by law.

Glomatech is not liable for: • The quality of products or services provided by suppliers on the platform • Commercial disputes between Buyers and Suppliers • Indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform • Data loss due to events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, large-scale cyberattacks, etc.) Glomatech's maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the total service fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months.
